Avoid these interview errors and (how to solve)

You have already produced an excellent resume that has attracted the attention and interest of many companies. Now decide which company is best for you because it is related to career and culture? You are now ready to face to face

Why is it late to be an interview mistake to avoid?

Sometimes there are valid excuses for being late. Normally, you will be excluded from the list of candidates selected for the next round of interviews. Traffic, car problems, getting lost in the office park or messing up during the interview time are not good excuses. You should check the map or practice to make sure you know exactly where the office is located as a way to avoid this error. Planning B to develop traffic jams or accidents in the morning is also a good best practice. If your interview time is 8:00 and you know that this is the peak time of morning traffic, then your plan should be to leave home as early as possible to avoid traffic problems. It is always better to be early than late.

Do your homework

The company would like to know that you are excited about the interview and want to be part of their team. In order to understand this in the interview, you should research companies, competitors and industries. This should be done ahead of time so that you can share this information in a natural conversation during the interview process. During the interview process, nothing can make you lose motivation more than you know little about the company or the industry. This shows that you are not serious about your work and are likely to be your desire to work there. Be prepared to be impressed by the interview.

Add your value proposal statement

Your resume depends in part on your experience and qualifications. It is also a document that shares what value it will bring to the company if they hire you. During the interview, you should be prepared to share what you have provided on the first day of your work. Many professionals will prepare a 90-day plan during face-to-face interviews. This should be presented in a persuasive manner based on the working paper and past performance. If you don't mention this in your resume, it's the best time to communicate these facts to the interviewer.

Thank you

After interviewing a handwritten note form or email, you should always say thank you. This shows interest and professionalism. Finally, ask the interviewer about the job at the end of the interview. Let them know what contribution you are prepared to make to the company when you hire.
