Successful sustainable community planning can be divided into two categories: physical sustainability and social sustainability. Information about the former [physical sustainability] is available, but what about establishing a social aspect that is as important as the grid ecovillage? Once you've covered energy self-sustainability, food self-sustainability and structural self-sustainability [home building], how do you make sure that people in your community want to stay and new people want to join, both Is the foundation for sustainable community development?
I have identified six key components of social sustainability in community building: decentralized government, individual freedom, entertainment, financially independent business models, group life activities and outreach programs. Decentralized government:

With this freedom to start your community, the consensus management structure will maintain this approach and help expand the paradigm of everyone involved.
Entertainment
Entertainment is to make your community fun. Your community may be the most reliable self-sustainable living environment on earth, but is it a boring place if you want to live or visit it? The solution is to build entertainment in your everyday structure and get the whole community involved. Live music, movie nights, mediation or yoga classes, community building projects, food production, etc. can all be used as entertainment activities to help people unite and unite them.
The true sustainability of your community comes from making it a place that people have always wanted to be. If everyone lives in your community and wants to escape the game, then your mission in creating a truly sustainable environment has failed, and you should sit down with all the members to discuss how to fix it. Success in this area not only ensures that people want to stay in your community, but also lets friends, family and new members come to you instead of looking for them.
Financially independent entrepreneurial model
Through the "entrepreneurial model" and "independence", I am not referring to the community model, but the personal model. By definition, self-sustainable communities are economically independent, but for those who are eager to get more than just "retirement," there should be an independent financial independence model. Go to a community without any other possibilities.
The way we do this is to bring together community resources and create a business [see also the promotion plan below]. Whenever a new person is considered a member of the community, we evaluate the potential business opportunities they may bring, and if they are interested, they can work with that person to create a residual source of income that benefits individuals and the community.
By doing so, we create more personal freedom and provide opportunities to build a business and leave room for those who might want to try a community life but are not sure they want to stay for a long time. Because of the resources and funding we can provide, and the fact that we are still helping to build a small portion of the cost to the community, it helps to create them, even if the business owner decides to move on.
Group life activities
Group life activities include group meals, child care, educational programs, laundry and more. Anything that may be part of traditional life can be more effectively implemented through collaborative efforts by the community. These are separate from the entertainment I mentioned above, but they can overlap because there is no reason why activities like dining can't constitute entertainment.
The real key is to provide a unique community life experience and the benefits of maintaining community energy. ' This means that people living in your community should be able to easily communicate the intensive time and energy efficiency of community life; rather than complaining that it is so exhausted to handle so many people so close. Work together to see what can be streamlined for everyone's interests and continue to discuss how to improve any existing system. Most housework activities can be carried out more efficiently and happily by a community of 80-100 people consisting of two or three people in turn; this saves time, money and resources and should be appreciated and supported by all relevant personnel.
Combining group life activities can also keep the community alive; the goal is to make your community feel and operate like a close family. However, family energy needs all of the first four points. We are developing a promotion program that uses more than one-third of the community to travel, design entertainment, and make it part of our daily life plan, but open to community visitors and find a personal entrepreneurial model. Internet networks exist to introduce people to the community through personal business. This is a three-tier approach, but any of these methods can be used to support your community. It is important that you have some kind of outreach program that will not only help build your community, but also help educate the world. .
