Conference calls can provide multiple benefits for MLM

The lifeblood of a multi-level marketing organization [MLM' s] is its downline or membership. Recruiting, training and motivating the downline is an ongoing activity in order to sell products and build organizations. Many MLM personnel have found that using teleconferencing to achieve these goals has produced very dynamic results. So here are five apps that use teleconferencing to build your MLM and make it a successful and thriving business.

Recruitment - from

 The conference call can and should be used to recruit new downlines. These calls should be handled by the existing downline so they can continue to build their own offline. Each member should come up with their own 20-party conference account. They should arrange a 30-minute conference call between 6pm and 9pm because they can let potential members participate.
