Tropical salmon barbecue

what do you need:

  • 1/2 kg of fresh salmon fillets, cut into 1/2 inch strips

  • 1 zucchini, cut into 1/8 inch pieces

  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped dill

  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel

  • Salt and black pepper sauce

Mix white wine vinegar, dill, lemon juice and lemon peel in a resealable sack. Add salmon fillets to the bag and marinate. Seal and refrigerate for 30 minutes [the vinegar will cook the salmon if marinated for a longer period of time]. When ready, squid pieces are skewered on a skewer and alternate with zucchini. Season with salt and pepper, then cook on a medium-heated preheated grill and keep turning until cooked for about 8 to 10 minutes.

Delicious grilled beer chicken

what do you need:

  • 1 roast chicken

  • 1 can light beer

  • 1 1/4 cup of chili sauce

  • 3/4 cup molasses

  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard

  • 1 1/4 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 1/2 tbsp liquid smoke

Pour half of the contents of the beer can into the container for later use. Insert the can into the chicken cavity and place the chicken in a large aluminum baking pan. Cook on a medium heat heated preheat grill for 45 minutes. At the same time, mix the chili sauce, molasses, dijon mustard, lemon juice, hot sauce, chili powder and liquid sauce. After the chicken is ready, stew it with a sauce mixture. Roast chicken for another 45 minutes. Pour the remaining sauce into the pan and simmer until halved for about 20 minutes. After the chicken is ready, remove the slices from the grill. Soaked in sauce.
