Friendship - the bridge between the hearts

We all know that human beings are essentially gregarious. It is because of our nature that social life is immune to our personal lives. Sometimes this is why the great Greek philosopher Aristotle claimed that man is a social animal. If we think further, the present friendship is an indispensable reality in social life. In this short paper, my purpose is to provide a general idea of what a true friendship is, and its importance and benefits.

Denis Diderot defines friendship in his encyclopedia as "a business that interacts with someone because it gets happiness from it." Diderot further believes that a purely spiritual rather than inner business is involved. It is an acquaintance, not a friendship. I want to add a few words about him. According to him, the heart will attract people's interest because of the "happy" friendship motive. Seeking happiness in friendship seems to be self-centered and non-original. In addition, apart from relatives, the source of feelings and love between people cannot be based solely on happiness. However, the truth is that when the heart gets an interest because of the virtues of the compatriots, this is the true friendship. Happiness is one of the many influential outcomes of a loyal relationship.

Many people also question the persistence of friendships; in many cases, how long is the friendship between individuals considered to be lasting? The period of general friendship is considered to depend on a variety of factors, such as bond strength, age, residence, etc. In this type of information, I personally believe that true friendship is endless, or more specifically, has eternal memories; both happy and sad. In some cases, it may not be feasible for a friend to be together because of a remote place of residence and/or excessive labor. However, time and time again, part of their hearts echoed each other's feelings; they are together #39; heart. Now, I invite readers to understand the source of true love and eternal memory.

The benefits of friendship

For a long time, psychologists and researchers have tried to discover the benefits of friendship. Although the exploration of this topic continues, so far, a large number of research and projects have declared friendship "enhance life" [1]. On the contrary, there is no friendship, or simply said; loneliness is considered to be harmful to physical and mental health. The question is, what aspects of friendship affects life and health, for what we call "enhancing life"? Let us explore the answer.

Traditional intelligence believes that friendship enhances individual happiness. In turn, happiness produces many positive physical and psychological effects. For example, according to research by author and editor Kira M. Newman, happiness systematically protects the heart, strengthens the immune system, relieves stress, fights disease and disability, and gains longevity. Several other potential advantages of friendships raised by many researchers include the opportunity to learn empathy and problem solving. Moreover, in front of friends, a person feels at ease with their personal identity and natural habits. Such a comfortable area guides people without stress; on the contrary, it contributes to self-confidence and social development.

More importantly, true friends are selfless and support their friends in difficult times. They can serve as a source of mutual motivation and connect the hardships of life. The Mayo Clinic report is parallel to the prescription: friendship "increased your sense of belonging and purpose"; in addition, they "help you cope with trauma, such as divorce, serious illness, unemployment or death of a loved one." Therefore, one can say that friendship is The human emotional dimension is also very effective.

Conflict in friendship

In friendship, as in any other relationship, the individuals involved can argue from time to time. These disputes are temporary and melted by the warmth of mutual feelings and understanding between real friends. However, the lack of productive efforts or knowledge can exacerbate this situation. Here, it is wise to explore the basis of these conflicts in order to prevent them first. A good understanding of the subject can also help the person distinguish between his real friends and fake friends. In this section, I support [and clarify] the reasons for the friendship conflict into three main foundations; trivial matters, external reasons and communication gaps.

First, controversy can occur when individuals involved in friendship use a trivial approach, either intentionally or unintentionally. Technically speaking, a trivial method refers to the expression of negligence in friendship or the responsibility of being a friend in good faith. This may be due to the lack of a role in the role of responsibility in the person's friendship [unintentional] or deliberate reason [intentional], to guide the false friend's warning. Unintentional cases usually involve a lower age group in society. Let us observe Khalil Gibran's insights on this matter. "Friendship is always a sweet responsibility, never an opportunity [2]." It is worth noting that the responsibility in friendship is never heavy, so Gibran Before the responsibilities, the gentleman used the word "sweet" to open up any misleading explanation.

Second, the purpose of the third party is to endanger the friendship, hatred or personal interests of the individual. Assume that motivation, loyalty and honest communication between friends are the best remedies to prevent any unfair intervention.

Finally, when the recipient does not understand the message that the speaker intends to send, a communication gap occurs. As the name suggests, the reason behind this is poor communication. In friendship, this leads to misunderstandings, which leads to negative evaluations of peers. The key to solving the problem lies in communication itself. Honest and open communication, or technically, effective communication skills can greatly bridge the communication gap and reduce the likelihood of its spread.

All in all, friendship is a shocking, somewhat special gift of life; systematically benefiting friends at the social and psychological levels, in another sense, regardless of the situation, psychologically enhances their confidence and optimism The willpower of life. Obviously, true friendship sometimes requires certain responsibilities, but people should always remember that this responsibility is "sweet", which naturally brings happy and eternal memories! Once these memories are implanted in the brain, they will find a way to send love flowers in their hearts. That's why I think we can interpret friendship as a "bridge between minds" - do you disagree?
