Have you found yourself in a place that becomes dull and exhausted every day? Did you find yourself sleeping late and exacerbating fatigue? Have you found that breaking sleep habits is an ongoing process? If so, please be confident.
This is my long time. Then I realized that some aspects of my life are contributing to this low energy. In turn, the reduced energy level affects my confidence.
I began to realize that this was an opportunity for me to start a way to let myself have little energy to feel the motivation to act!
The personal development studies I have done over the years, as well as the personal development studies I continue to do every day, reveal my energy levels - and my emotions and confidence - some aspects that need to be added:
Energy Strategy - Improve your mood consistently every morning
A good night, or if not, have time to rest during the day to catch up with your insomnia. Be able to control and do this when you can help you control your mental and physical energy
2. Some kind of exercise to get energy flow: exercise, do [a] physical tasks, etc.
3. Some kind of technology to relax your luggage, helping you to feel more connected with yourself, others, the world, the universe, such as emotional freedom [' attack'] treatment
4. Fuel [Gourmet]: Let your brain work at the best level
5. Water: Increase the amount of electrical activity in the brain during the day. It is said that the ideal is 2-6 liters per day.
6. Clean, orderly, messy environment, help to feel that you have more energy, and you can control
7. You know that you can achieve some kind of priority and positive goals on the day, even if it is to some extent: for example, to-do list
8. A positive, achievable and realistic time frame: let your mind know the end point you can achieve
9. Identity [eg, routine] and differential health balance [eg, diversity, different activities, different ways of doing things]. This helps to meet [based on personal growth expert Anthony Robbins] our two key human needs
10. For a good job, some kind of reward system, even if it's just sunbathing, or let yourself pat it
An important factor in this is that you can participate in these activities at a level that suits you on a specific date.
If you have little or no sleep, you may need to do more taps or more to get the same amount of energy flow as you sleep longer. If you don't feel well, then you may have to watch more of what you eat than when you feel better.
The above list constitutes the strategy I have proposed so far, in a rough order of priority, but it is by no means an exhaustive list.
I know how it feels in the morning. Some mornings, I think my energy is zero. However, I know that I have something to do, so just lying in bed is not an option.
The above is a simple set of tools that allow me to go from zero [energy] to five, eight or even nine. Although these tools are rather rudimentary, they have a major impact on my mood and life. I hope they can also help you.
