Dare to understand your presence
The way we treat ourselves in difficult times shows who we are. When things are going well, we can easily stand on top of the world. We hope to stick to this feeling and hope that it will last forever. However, when it doesn't, it feels like we have to use the train train that is on the way to the oncoming train and can't move.
In the darkest of times, how we treat ourselves and lay the foundation for who we will become. For many people, self-love is an incomprehensible concept. I have conducted countless tutoring sessions with people who find it hard to love and appreciate themselves. This is mainly due to our years of growth and the information we receive from our parents or caregivers. They become deeply ingrained into our minds and nervous systems, and if strengthened, it is difficult to be released. However, difficulty does not mean impossible.
Is this something you have experienced? For example, how do you treat yourself when things don't go well? When your important others break up with you or your health or financial condition is impaired. What is your inner dialogue during these periods? I have experienced pain and pain throughout my life in the form of getting my father sick, marital breakdown, health crisis and economic hardship. Sometimes I find it hard to appreciate myself, because the desperate inner dialogue makes me convinced that I am wrong in this situation. I am confused, helpless and hopeless to go out.
This is why I wrote my first book because it is a new topic that I have intimately contacted. However, I realize that being trapped in my environment is not who I am. This is not a narrative that I want to live, nor is it a succumb. I know that there is a desire in my heart to express myself, but I don't know how to get in touch with it. I want to love and nurture myself with compassion rather than negative self-talk. Gradually, when I started to meditate, I noticed that my situation began to change and my inner conversation changed. I was an anxious person at the time, but in the next few years, this person turned into a calm and peaceful person. I dare to go deep into my existence and connect with my inner love.
Break the old and tired lifestyle
Our inner love is waiting for you to go home. It is your refuge, an omniscient place, in addition to accepting your embrace and awakening your true self. The self-love that I said begins with the fact that the moment of acknowledging difficulties does not last. They come from our lives, awaken us, and make our hearts full of love, light and true refuge. In order to love yourself in difficult times, when you grow up very little, you need to believe that what is happening is doing this to help you give up the ruins of the past. It breaks the old and tired lifestyle, so the true self can generate new power and the foundation of love.
Spiritual mentor and writer Matt Kahn provided us with wisdom in his book. Everything is here to help you: the soul guides your evolution Love is not just an emotion, but a source of compassion that exists in our hearts. Our task is to bring it into: "From a spiritual point of view, love is not the emotion we have always felt. Love is one. A kind of unwavering sympathy, inward tendencies to embrace the empathy of our experience - no matter how inclined we tend to confuse, close, unrealized or overwhelmed. When rooted in the vibration of love, we don't have to completely heal Come to be kind and caring for people who have already lived in us."
There is a source of love in your heart that evokes your connection to it. Don't trust me because it appears on your screen. At the moment you finish reading this article, stand in front of the mirror and recite a sentence: "I love you", combined with the existence of this love. When you feel happy and happy, or when you are angry or depressed, please recite the three-letter words. Recite as much as possible, because you don't have to decide how you love yourself under the outside conditions. The love I said is always there waiting for you to go home. The more you connect with this infinite existence, the more life you will have. The way we treat ourselves in difficult times explains who we are because we are an energy of love. If we spend more time linking this existence, we will realize that our difficulties are purposeful; let us return to the whole of the true self.
