You already have dust, you have a closed bathtub, by definition, you are ready to give the squirrel a dust bath. However, just as you are about to continue to give your chinchilla, you realize that there is a basic problem: you don't know where to start.

1. Check if your squirrel is allergic to the dust bath.

2. Prepare a dust bath

Before placing the squirrel in the container, make sure the lid or casing is ready. Once you sneak into the bathtub, it becomes unmanageable and spreads the dust all over the place.
3. Let the squirrel take a shower
When the squirrel is inside the container, let it wash itself for about 20 to 30 minutes. Some pet owners feel the right to assist the Totoro during their bathing. Since the South American chinchillas are independent creatures, don't let them bathe themselves and let them bathe themselves.
