I always hear this when people ask me if I am a prefabricated company and tell them yes. I also asked what they meant by prefabricated words. Let me explain what it really means.

Once completed, their cost per square foot may be higher than traditional construction and you may be limited by the final choice. Keep in mind that modular projects require trucks to be loaded 5-7 times, so moving farther and farther away from the plant, entering the construction site can be a problem. Carefully check your bank and land use to confirm its policy regarding modular use.
Making or moving a home is not like it used to be. The days of 2x4 façades with little or no insulation are gone.
