Keep in mind that podcasts are difficult to do, otherwise everyone will do so. Find out what your fears are and what is holding you back. Look at yourself and listen to your passion. You know that you are fully aware of your passion for Podcasting, however, you will be bad when you start, but you know that if you don't start, you always think of "if".
Take a look at yourself, see what it is blocking you, then find the passion you have and be truly committed to living at the beginning. No silver bullets, no magic wizard will let you from start to finish.
One way to achieve milestones is to be busy there and start doing it. You can't avoid fear and failure because it's part of your journey. A positive journey. Once you start to succeed, it will be a completely different journey. Learn as much as possible of all mistakes, failures and disappointments. However, the secret is to start and move on. When you reach your first milestone, celebrate and host a pleasant party, you will get it.
