Have you stopped to question whether and how you live a more meaningful life? Do you seek inner peace, happiness and satisfaction?

Of course you have ! Everyone raises these questions in certain aspects of their lives. For most people, the problem is that they have been praised by Western lifestyles!

We live in an era where technology is thinking for us. We never really stop and spend time seeking peace.

In essence, we have lost contact with ourselves, others, and even the earth and the universe. These are the gatekeepers of all life! If you want to understand life more deeply, yourself and something that lacks spirituality, Eastern philosophy can help you accomplish your task.

Eastern philosophy can be traced back thousands of years, through its unique self-consciousness and spiritual approach to consciousness, providing a traditional approach to traditional deaf people and a more meaningful understanding of life.

It is not strictly religious, although there are spiritual groups based on these beliefs in Buddhism. Basically anyone can apply Eastern philosophy in their lives, whether it be gender, race, religion or belief systems.

I am a Zen Buddhist myself, but I have not followed any form of religion. I am an atheist. The spiritual practice of the East is not mandatory, and people can apply these philosophies and beliefs to their own lives according to their own choices and discretion.

The Enlightenment is an ancient Eastern philosophy that is of great significance in certain cultures. It is also well known throughout Western civilization and is cited in many books and works.

The word enlightenment itself is a state in which few people actually realize it! Anyone who is considered to be "enlightened" is considered to have experienced a spiritual awakening and is in a state of satisfaction and peace with himself and others.

The Buddha [Siddhartha Gautama] is one of the few who has reached the enlightenment, and from his teachings, the enlightenment has become more extensive and slowly introduced into the Western world.

There are many people [including myself] who follow the teachings of the Buddha and whose purpose and purpose is to become brighter.

The road to enlightenment is a personal and spiritual journey, and everyone is different. We all have different peace and realization ideologies, which is why Eastern philosophy can help anyone.

There are many teachings and practices that can be learned when applying Eastern philosophy, but the most widely known in the Western world is [in my opinion] meditation and natural therapy. Karma is also derived from the Eastern tradition and is also recognized in the Western world.

Applying these philosophies in your own life can help you seek inner peace, happiness and satisfaction that all of us desire. Even a basic understanding of these philosophies can help you lead a richer life.
