Interview
The interview seems to be going smoothly. Then the director asked: "So what is your English teaching philosophy?"
"My teaching philosophy?" TEFL's respondents twisted in her seat, pulling a shirt collar that was suddenly too tight. She felt the water flowing down her back. A smudge of moisture covered her palm.
"Yes. Do you have a teaching philosophy?" the director repeated. The interview was clearly in a downturn. Top professionals who pay top dollar positions require top professionals
"Well, I am really not sure what you mean." The teacher replied. "I can tell you what I did in class, what materials I used and how I interacted with the students. Is this what you mean?"
No, that is not the meaning of the Dean of the Language Institute. The interview is over. The same is true of the prospects of teachers in the senior institutions.
Educational philosophy
The teacher's educational philosophy is now used by savvy teachers as a primary marketing strategy and has become an important part of the teacher's resume and portfolio. It has evolved into a part of the teacher's profile, outlining all of his basic skills and unique qualities, and highlighting the profession of the teacher. [D. • Behavior - These ideologies focus on human survival skills and the role of education in teaching
• Progress - Inspire individual cultural development to achieve social change
• Humanism - Trends focus on the overall development of individuality and identity
• Radical - these philosophers are interested in the beneficial changes that occur in society from time to time and the role of education in achieving political, social and economic change.
The concept of teacher education has now become the main marketing strategy used by EFL and TEFL teachers and has become an important part of language teacher resumes and profiles. [D. Sofsian, 2006]

Your philosophy of education
What is your educational philosophy? If you don't, then now is a good time to check one of these aspects more thoroughly. Add your ideas to all of your teaching areas. From preparation to classroom activities, problem solving, discipline and assessment, let it work throughout your work and how to approach your craft. Your philosophy helps you to be separated from those who may just appear, do the minimum and receive a salary. In these days of improving professionalism, increasing the necessary conditions for teaching staff and higher expectations of education administrators, TEFL teachers, no matter what the current situation, can't relax.
