A desire to have no plan is just a wish, but a desire to have a clear plan is the foundation of success. Making a plan can be a daunting task. It first puts forward a personal philosophy about life and the things we value. If you don't have a goal you want to achieve, how can you come up with any kind of plan? Also, if you don't know what values and fundamentals you want to represent in this vision, how can you come up with a vision. The following describes the action plan, which will help you develop your own plans and ideas to help guide your life.
Open a Word document, Excel, Power Point, or just pull out a notepad and pen [you have to write it out, this is important]. Write down your emphasis on life [love, happiness, compassion, honesty, etc.]. Grasp these qualities and create a vision for yourself. In the mind, you can subtly describe a future that reflects your values and writes them out. Describe the ideal vividly. Don't simply think that I want a beautiful house, choose the house, area, city that you want to live in, to the kitchen style you want. Take the photo you want and put it on your paper, as a powerful visual guide, store it in your subconscious and wait for it.
Now take the time to write down your values and vision. The best part is that this is a personal document, although it should be unique, but you can write down ideas from other sources. Write down the quotes you like and insert them into this document. I personally have about three pages on the subject of personal attitudes. Some of the thoughts I have about the attitude I have found in the books I have read are my own. You can place whatever you want in the document you create.
By building your values, you can create a start. By creating a vision based on these values, you can create goals. The goal should come from your vision. This is an example of putting all of them together [a fairly material example]. Let us say that you value wealth, professional respect and power status. From there I imagined a certain point in my future life [47 years old], a life that praises these values. For example, you might see yourself owning a jet for personal and commercial use. Your vision vividly describes some of the goals. First, financial resources are needed to purchase jets.
1. Goal: By the age of 47, the bank has $6,000,000, invests a certain amount each month and earns a huge salary.
In the next vision, you will see yourself responsible for a big company that affects many people and guides them to success. You need to climb the company ladder to get the next goal.
2. Goal: Become the CEO of XYZ by the age of 42.
These two goals should ideally satisfy our materialistic friends. However, you can see how these goals actually create various sub-goals and begin to form a strategic map. For example, achieving $6,000,000 may require a certain amount of money per month and a certain amount of cash flow.
Achieving your goals should not be left to change or luck, starting with the formation of a personal philosophy. starting today.
