Planning a wedding can become busy and confusing, so I have a lot of advice for those who may not be the most organized people to start. There are many different 12 month wedding planners and organizers, some of which are made by The Knot and some of which can even be found at Walmart or any other store. These planners can help you remember things you might not have thought of, or even know what you have to do. They will provide you with a list, timeline, outline and how you should write different formats for seating tables, checklists, etc. With these planners, you can be one of the most organized people overnight! They are very simple and helpful!
My other suggestion is to serve a real wedding planner. I am the wedding planner for the rental and wedding coordination company. I help the bride to do all sorts of things. I not only help them, I actually do most of the actual work. They will send all their contracts to me and they will organize them into a specific folder when I start creating the wedding schedule. These supplier contracts are just a small amount of information I received from the bride.
The type of information I receive is different, the type of seat we will use to book, and the time the bus arrives. The wedding planner does all the work for you, all you have to do is communicate with them. The benefit is that you will be largely unstressed and will be able to collect all the information from each supplier and bring all this confusing information to the wedding planner who will organize it and make sure it is all on a special day.
Once the wedding planner receives any information about the day, they will begin to create a wedding schedule. The wedding schedule is a basic step in the day of the planned departure. Wedding planners want to know all the information the bride has on a particular day so they know how to help and where to help. Since they will be the point of contact for the entire day, they need to know when the flower shop arrives, what the photographer's phone number is, the time the artist starts to dismantle at night, and so on.
There are many benefits to using the actual wedding planner's services, but if you don't have enough money in your budget, then you can buy different types of wedding 12-month planners that are cheaper options if you want to plan your own on your own wedding!
