5 reasons for policy politics are poor leadership

Although in history, politics is partisan in nature, in recent memory, we have never observed this level of unwillingness to even consider bipartisan cooperation, even if this is the needs of the American public. This behavior can be called politics, not policy/person, which is a bad leader because it unfairly supports other political supporters, not the other public. If once elected, politicians convert to politicians and focus on common interests, not personal political agendas and/or self-interest, can we not serve better? With this in mind, this article will attempt to briefly consider, review and discuss five reasons, both of which are poor policies and lack of true leadership.

1. from

irrelevant:
from

Empty speech and commitment may win votes and be welcomed, but it is not true leadership, nor is it for the best interests of the public! The United States, especially facing many challenges, the world and the country, face today, need related solutions, not polarization, or correspond one part to another! Whether this is because of the unique role and nature of President Donald Trump, it is still an unpopular trend, and for most Americans, it does not achieve the best results!

2. from

unsustainable:
from

President Trump tried to be popular and fulfilled his campaign promises, changed the tax system, and lowered taxes, approved legislation, passed at the end of 2017, described as focusing on the middle class, and in fact, benefiting the wealthiest individuals and the company. Claiming that this will create economic growth, this is based on the often-unconfirmed, tricky economics proposition. In less than half a year, we observed federal inadequacies, as well as forecasts of the expanding deficit in the future, and the companies that Trump and its supporters claim to use. Extra income, hire more people, and pay more, in fact, use most of the windfall to increase their business income!

Change should be, for the sake of better, not just for change - sake:
from

When political speech becomes an empty promise, this change is rarely beneficial to the overall interests of most Americans. Measure results, not through rhetoric and commitment, but measure whether it will bring additional benefits to most Americans!

4. from

Common interests, not personal agendas:
from

To be sure, plans and policies are not based on personal or political agendas, nor on the individual's own interests! No/until, the focus has always been on serving the public, for the benefit of the common, not the supporters and/or donors of the politicians, the elected officials do not represent us!

5. from

Let the United States be bigger! :
from

When Donald Trump became a candidate, his campaign slogan was "Let America be great again." Although this means different things to different people, I once again expressed dissatisfaction with the word because it implies that we are not a good country and urge us to look back, not to look back. Paul Simon wrote in his song, Kodak Krom, "Everything looks worse, black and white." We should instead seek to improve how the government serves the people, not elected officials and/or special interests!

For our elected officials, public policy should be the top priority. Unfortunately, as we are currently witnessing and observing, politics and self-interest seem to be a priority!
