Fix application error 17235

When using a DVD backup tool such as "InterVideo DVD Copy", "Application Error 17235" appears on the screen and the program encounters a problem requiring an early shutdown. The error message can be resolved by not restarting the computer immediately after installing the tool, or if the computer's DVD drive is not equipped with the latest drivers.

To fix this error,

Click "Update Driver" in the menu that appears. Wait for the current driver installation to complete and restart the system. Open the program that provided the error message and try to use it again.
