Garden Apartment

This residential apartment is located in a landscaped garden on the ground floor. This term loosely describes any apartment on the first floor. It also includes basement apartments or high-rise apartments. If it is a real garden apartment, there will be no family or apartment above it. They spread horizontally in an open courtyard. You can find these apartments around the world.

Such apartments will have one or two bedrooms, but you can find some apartments with three or more bedrooms, especially if they are used as holiday apartments. The more bedrooms there are, the more people they can accommodate while on vacation and when renting an apartment. If it is a long-term rental apartment, it is usually not available. If the apartment is rented weekly or monthly, it will be available. The garden apartment may also have one or two floors. Public areas can include outdoor facilities such as swimming pools, tennis or basketball courts, spas or clubhouses. The entrance to the apartment may be outside the courtyard or street.

The owner of the Garden Apartment is responsible for outdoor areas and lawn mowers, any outdoor equipment clean, clean pool without leaves and other debris. Many owners will plant trees and floors in the area. If it is an apartment building and you have a pet, you need to know if the dog has a special area. Make sure your dog is cleaned up after completing the business. Your garden apartment may have a small yard or patio. If your garden apartment has either of these two facilities, then this is a great place to have a barbecue with friends and family.

Each garden apartment is a separate family unit, but all tenants share any facilities such as a swimming pool or gym and major external venues. The apartment has its own heating and air conditioning control system as well as bathroom and kitchen facilities. In some places it may be called a pedestrian garden apartment because it has an outdoor staircase. The Garden Apartment Building offers premium services such as weight and gym or sauna, and may require an additional monthly fee to help with repairs and key access to these facilities. By having a key, it takes precedence over those who choose not to use these premium facilities to pay extra fees. Some may even provide laundry for residents. The rent for a garden apartment is roughly the same as for a regular apartment, but it depends on the location and facilities.
