Outsourcing refers to the act of repeatedly distributing a portion of a business process to a third party. It is similar to the right employment and outsourcing tasks.
One aspect of the outsourcing process is to hire a third party to perform assigned tasks without taking responsibility for the "labor law". This third party may be in the same country as you, or it may be from a country thousands or miles away. With this, if they don't meet your criteria, you can easily terminate your relationship with the party without immediately making a legal decision from the Labor Law. If they meet your criteria or if you are satisfied with their performance, you can sign a contract with them again to complete another assigned task, preferably with a similar nature.
The outsourcing process enables people to enjoy reliable "formal employees" without having to answer the boundaries and rules laid down in the "Labor Law". You can continue to assign tasks to this third party and expect their results to be the same as the regular employees you expect. However, if you believe that they are unable to perform such assigned tasks and meet your criteria, you can easily terminate their relationship with them.

If you assign specific tasks to third parties, but they are not used correctly, they are called tasks. If you continue to work on specific parts of your business process, you are now called outsourcing.
But why are you outsourcing?
In most cases, the goal of outsourcing is to reduce costs, but this is not always the case. Most companies outsource looking for cheaper sources of labor and get the results they want if they want to use them correctly. They can offer smaller benefits, compensation schemes or cheaper deals, but still get the same or sometimes better results.
Outsourcing is also used if a company or individual has the ability to perform specific tasks and get the results they want. These companies use outsourcing to find individuals or companies that can deliver better results than performing the same tasks. The cost may be slightly higher, but the results are better.
Therefore, outsourcing has two main goals:
