10 lessons learned from the business

With my great pleasure, I had the opportunity to read a blog post by Kirsty Stewart who wrote "Improve Your Opportunity." It is based on "What I learned from resume writers." It's fun, but it's also serious. Her reflection on her own experience inspired me to write this special article about 10 things I learned from business.

20% of business owners with less than 20 employees don't know what happened to their business. 80% of business owners with more than 80 employees don't know what happened to their business, and everyone else is relative.

When you hire an employee, you must develop checks and measures to understand what is happening in your organization. This includes selecting only the best candidate [internal or external] to participate in the management or executive level. It also requires a system to track employee absenteeism, bullying reports, harassment and any other non-professional behavior. Another important consideration is whether it is worthwhile to hire consultant services and conduct formal trust employee surveys from time to time to determine their views on your business, their roles, their future career development intentions and career development interests.

When you do well, no matter what you do, others will naturally copy you. Your competitive advantage is to do your best by developing it from your experience.

Leader = have fans. If you are a leader in the industry, market or niche market, then you should expect others to replicate your business model, products and services, brands and promotional options. The problem you have to solve is how to stay ahead and set the standards for your business products and customer service. Develop an attack plan to maintain the best business.

 If your business is your life, then you will ignore its location for your industry and the expectations of your market.

It is often seen in small and medium-sized businesses that a company is often seen as being hindered by its own founders. While this is rarely intentional, the side effect of treating your business as a child is that you refuse to provide the extra freedom you need to grow. As your business grows and matures, it's important to consider how to update your business to keep customers and consumers fresh and fun. Sometimes this may mean brand renewal, in some cases, the addition, diversification or termination of certain existing business products, and in some cases changes in the internal operations of the business unit [including human resource practices].

Employees usually meet your expectations. You need to seriously consider the expectations you set.

The most important thing for business leaders is to be a thermostat, not a thermometer, to meet the expectations of the business. I mean that management should set the standards they expect from employees, and perhaps business owners should seriously consider who senior staff are known for cutting corners or making ethical and challenging decisions. At the end of the day, it's important to consider whether the benefits you get from your employees are more fair than you would expect.

 Non-profit organizations exist for charitable purposes. There are companies that make money. Your business is not a charity. Your business can provide quality services to charities. Don't confuse two!

I have called this statement on the basis of the quote, "Everything needed for evil victory is to make good people do nothing.". I am not saying that this is not true. If you want to make a difference in a career that is passionate about you or your employees, it is highly recommended that you do so through the appropriate community or charity. Under the definition of most countries, companies exist for profit. As long as the situation is such, as long as the company promotes charitable purposes rather than specialized niches, the company will always be in conflict.

 In a small city, everything is about people you know, even the idiots in the village can run successfully. The key to doing this is that if you are the idiot, you must surround yourself with smart people.

You don't need to be an expert in business success. If you have the ability to build your network effectively, you are in a very good business area. The key is to use experts in areas where you have insufficient skills. Most CEOs don't know how to complete some of the technical tasks of their employees.

Don't underestimate the role your child plays in your business.

In most cases, children are passionate and passionate about life. If you are a small business with a degree or flexibility, then let your child participate in a business activity, let them know about your work and develop a passion for yourself. Everyone knows that when children are passionate, something has disappeared, which makes them excellent salespeople [even if they sometimes distract you].

If you integrate your experience into your career, success will follow. Sometimes business owners throw things they never expected. An important part of dealing with these things is figuring out how to make them a positive factor in the business. I am often disappointed with contracted public relations companies because I have been working with a project without a choice, but I find that they think their work is passive rather than proactive.

 Quiet time is not a holiday, but a business development [working for your business].

Quiet time allows you to focus on the core aspects of your business and resolve any current or foreseeable issues. Use this time to review policies, procedures, marketing and advertising strategies as well as any human resources and technology integration issues. Then, plan your vacation at the busiest time so that you can pay for any extras, even if they spend three times your time!

 Indecision is the key to flexibility.

Just because you have or not mentioned something in your five-year business plan does not mean that it should not be included in or excluded from a business activity. When you prepare a business plan, you need to accept that it is a living document and varies according to the number of uncontrollable factors implemented by customers, suppliers, competitors and other environmental factors [including government policies and economic conditions], which may be You can also plan on the short-term plan page for three to six months that you want to view every day.
