National Employment Capacity Improvement Team - The NEEM program is a national skill improvement program of the Indian government. AICTE is responsible for the proper planning and coordinated development of the Indian technical education and management education system. All the Indian Council of Technical Education [AICTE] have enacted the National Employment Capacity Improvement Task [NEEM] Rules. This program is conducive to student learning. Strive to cope with the new industrial culture. Basically, the program is designed to improve the employability of individuals who are graduating or have stopped or completed any diploma or graduation in a technical or non-technical field.

Once someone completes the course, they will be more confident when you apply for a job. Your resume looks clearer and more attractive to employers. When you go to the interview, you will be more reassured and ready to accept new work. But for unskilled young people, there is no job because they don't actually know how these theories can be realized with real equipment in the real world. The NEEM program has a social perspective, and the perfect way to teach any subject is to give students induction training while providing him/her with relevant theoretical knowledge of the subject.

In order to become a NEEM intern, the candidate should be pursuing a diploma/degree program or completing a diploma/degree program or discontinuing a diploma/degree program.
