Use these Pro temporary tips to save Dinero

I am not sure if I told you, but for me, one big thing is how to get on the budget. I can invest in installments, but I know from customers that they or their friends and family watch HGTV - by the way, I like HGTV! - And have a real TV image of the stage and stage play, not reality. I have actually saved the money, time and effort of my upgraded customers because their assumption is that when they go upstairs, they need to do work or make unnecessary changes. Not to mention how much cash is saved by getting their house in and out of the market!

As a Stager, I do my best to know which of your target buyers is, and your strengths and weaknesses in the market are as minimal as possible in your home. Here are some real tips on installment trading that can really help you save money and stage a house like a professional!

Do not trim

If your decoration is in good condition or just a slow warning, save your time and money, but only paint the wall if necessary. If you have some chips in the white decoration, then the old-fashioned white [this is the typewriter era, kids!] is very suitable for decoration.

Do not mend hardwood

Hardwood is a huge selling point, even if they are not the best shape. Give them good cleansing and minor stain modifications that you may need.

Don't buy new furniture

I have a client who lived in the last renovated house in 1984. There are a lot of o' formica and polished brass are an understatement! The house has been listed for 3 times without a quote, so the seller thinks she needs to buy new furniture to update the look of the house. I totally disagree with her, and we have worked with her 80s clothing store to add newer artwork and accessories. After we went upstairs for a quick sale, the house was sold in a competitive bid within 3 weeks! The seller saves at both ends of the sales equation - great!

Do not replace obsolete equipment

If your equipment is in good condition and looks good, don't update with the latest stainless steel products. When we moved into our home, one of the selling points for me was that I had to put the appliances I wanted accurately, instead of paying for what others paid. If they are already worn or old, please ignore this suggestion and go to Lowe right away!

Do not automatically update outdated lighting

When you start to replace the fixture, it allows you to do more work than you think. You never know what you will find when you remove the fixture, so it's often best to just use what you have and update everything around the room so that outdated fixtures are not the only focus. Painting is also a great thing, now with metal finishes, you can easily and inexpensively bring an outdated fixture into the new millennium. There is a big exception to this rule - if you live in a luxury home/community, you still have architect-level devices on your first floor and "first impression" room, then replace them! This is totally worth it!

Don't change all your brass

The quick fix for polished brass is a brass and bronze aging solution. Below $10, you can update your bathroom equipment and reduce the hassle
